Refund & Exchange Policy
We have a no questions asked 30 day return/exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you are not guaranteed a full refund or exchange on your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in UNUSED/NEW condition. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
Signs of wear begin to form in the leather immediately when worn. It can take as little as 5 or 10 minutes of walking to create permanent, visible marks in the leather, particularly over the ball/toe of the foot where the leather flexes. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO VERIFY THE FIT ON A CARPETED SURFACE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT, BEING CAREFUL TO AVOID CREASING/FLEXING THE LEATHER UNNECESSARILY. Just as you would not accept a used/worn/damaged product when paying a premium for hand made English goods, we are not able to offer even slightly used/worn/damaged products for sale after they are returned. This is why we are quite vigilant with the enforcement of this policy.
Should your return fail the above requirements, at our discretion, we will offer you the choice of returning the goods to your possession or a partial refund. Be advised, partial refunds will generally not exceed 50%.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may include the packing slip from your purchase, or a copy of the email confirmation from your order. INCLUDE A NOTE WITH RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS. Simply provide a message with the product to either request a refund, or which product and size you want sent in exchange.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, assuming it is in good order, we will process a credit back to your original method of purchase or ship out a replacement product.
We will process a return within 5 business days of arrival at our location. It is important to note that depending on the credit card company or bank, credits can take up to 10 business days to be visible to the you as the card holder. This means you may have to wait up to 20 business days to see a credit from the time you send the package. This is to account for transit (up to a week), our processing (5 business days), and the credit card company to process (10 business days).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Similarly, you are responsible for lost or damaged shipping from you to our location.
